5 pounds potatoes-mashed
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, cubed
1/2 pound butter
1 (16 oz) container sour cream
1/2 - 1 teaspoon onion salt

Story-I have had a hard time preparing good mashed potatoes after meeting on Sundays.
